The Elegant Setting

Our dining room is available to accommodate from 40 to over 200 guests. The room is air-conditioned and decorated in soft tones, graced with the elegance of crystal chandeliers.

Table Arrangements and Guest List

Our Banquet Manager will help you in arranging for the best seating for your guests with the proper searing diagram and placecards.
Tables are round with our fine linen, china and crystal stemware, all enhanced by the beauty of fresh flowers.

The Special Day

Our personnel will of course be on hand to greet you and your party, and ensure that each and every detail of your special occasion is handled with all the care possible, just as promised to you from the beginning.

Important Information

Deposit and Payment

Functions must be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of $300.00 at the time the function is booked on a definite basis. This deposit is non-refundable. Naturally, your deposit will be credited toward the total charges.
Unless credit has been established in advance, payment in full of the entire contract price must be made 7 days prior to the date of the event.
Mastercard and Visa accepted.

Decorations and Displays

All displays and/or decorations shall be subject to approval. The Imperial Room will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, light fixtures or ceilings of any room with nails, staples, tape or any other material, unless approval is given in advance. Please, no plastic table confetti. Thank you.

Guarantees

It is required that we be notified of the exact number of guests one week prior to the event. The number is not subject to reduction. The specified number will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged. Any increase in attendance will be billed accordingly.

Pricing

All prices are subject to 6% CT sales tax, and 15% gratuity.

Parking

Free parking is available to all guests, all the time.
